What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our engineering team, you'll lead electrical design efforts from concept to completion while serving as a trusted technical resource for clients and project teams.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of electrical building systems through all phases of a project lifecycle.
Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems for a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial facilities.
Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, construction documents, and detailed design packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, panel schedules, and system coordination.
Conduct site visits, facility assessments, and field investigations to support project development.
Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings while partnering closely with construction teams.
Collaborate with architects, owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver successful projects.
Participate in quality control reviews and technical design coordination.
Mentor junior engineers and designers while contributing to the growth of the team.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards for quality, budget, and schedule performance.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings within an MEP environment.
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, lighting design, fire alarm systems, and applicable codes including NEC and NFPA.
Ability to independently produce complete electrical design packages, including plans, one-line diagrams, and panel schedules.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
