Dental Receptionist

Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant Trainee (Bilingual Spanish/English) Start Your Career in Healthcare!We're looking for a friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate who enjoys helping people and is interested in learning dental assisting skills. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain both front office and clinical experience in a supportive dental environment.Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Answer inbound and outbound calls
• Update patient information and maintain records
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Assist with front desk operations
• Learn dental assisting skills through on-the-job training
• Help prepare treatment rooms and support clinical staff

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Interest in healthcare or dentistry
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
• Healthcare, medical office, or call center experience is a plus
• BLS certification preferred
