Job DescriptionThis full-time Dental Assistant role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing dental practice while receiving ongoing training and long-term development. The position focuses on supporting clinical operations, preparing treatment rooms, assisting with patient care, and maintaining a clean and efficient environment. Candidates with at least six months of dental experience or recent graduates with a dental certification are encouraged to apply, especially those who are humble, eager to learn, and committed to working as part of a collaborative team.Responsibilities

• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with established protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic clinical environment.
• Prepare and flip operatories between patients, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking rooms to ensure they are ready for the next appointment.
• Meet and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner, helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
• Assist with taking arches off and performing related chairside tasks as directed by the clinical team.
• Set up treatment rooms with appropriate instruments, materials, and supplies before each procedure.
• Support clinical staff in the dental lab, including basic lab tasks and preparation of materials as needed.
• Use and understand dental terminology to communicate effectively with providers and team members.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
