Lead MEP coordination meetings with subcontractors, engineers, field supervision, BIM/VDC teams, and project stakeholders.
Work closely with BIM/VDC teams to identify clashes, resolve coordination issues, and ensure coordinated models accurately support field installation.
Monitor MEP installation progress against the project schedule and identify risks that could impact critical milestones.
Coordinate equipment procurement and track long-lead items such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, transformers, chillers, CRAH/CRAC equipment, pumps, controls, and other mission-critical infrastructure.
Assist with development and maintenance of project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, change orders, and subcontractor commitments.
Manage RFIs, submittals, design changes, potential change orders, and other project documentation.
Coordinate MEP activities with architectural, structural, civil, and site construction teams to prevent field conflicts and maintain installation sequencing.
Participate in constructability reviews and provide recommendations related to installation sequencing, access, maintainability, and commissioning.

Strong understanding of BIM/VDC coordination and MEP clash-resolution processes.
Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Autodesk Build/BIM 360, and Bluebeam preferred; those platforms also appear in your existing mission-critical role materials.
