Drive the project schedule, ensuring subcontractors are properly sequenced to meet milestones and critical path activities.
Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, workmanship, safety practices, and overall site conditions.
Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to verify that field work aligns with project requirements and design intent.

Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and project specifications.
Maintain high standards for quality control throughout framing, exterior envelope installation, interior finishes, and final turnover.
Lead site safety efforts, including enforcing subcontractor compliance, promoting good housekeeping, and conducting jobsite safety meetings.
Maintain detailed daily logs, progress documentation, and other required field reports to track project performance.
Develop, manage, and update punch lists, driving subcontractors to complete outstanding items in a timely manner.
Serve as the primary on-site representative, maintaining professional communication with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
