Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure successful adoption and ongoing performance.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment, diagnosing issues and implementing effective corrective actions.
Support PCB and electronics manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of soldering, desoldering, and surface-mount rework techniques.
Manage multiple customer and application projects simultaneously, balancing travel, onsite work, and follow-up support activities.
Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams, customers, and vendors to address technical issues and improve equipment applications.
Use tools such as SolidWorks and other engineering resources to support equipment setups, process optimization, and application development.
Provide ongoing customer support, including responding to technical inquiries, offering process recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document installations, training sessions, troubleshooting steps, and application solutions to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
