Network and Systems Administrators

Administer, monitor and support network, server, and system environments across production, development, and test environments. Install, configure, maintain and upgrade operating systems, servers, and infrastructure components following established procedures. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings in accordance with organizational policies. Support system upgrades, patch deployments, backup processes, and disaster recovery activities to ensure business continuity. Respond to system alerts, incidents, and service requests to maintain reliable network and system operations. Maintain technical documentation, system configurations and operational procedures and assist with infrastructure improvement initiatives. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related issues. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent.
