Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to schedule
• Serve as “Manager on Duty” when management is absent, directing team operations
• Handle merchandise receiving, cash register transactions, and daily cash reconciliation
• Resolve or report employee, customer, and product issues promptly
• Enforce safety policies and lead by example
