You will collaborate closely with both business and enterprise architecture teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and resilient systems that drive the digital transformation of our expanding business portfolio. You will leverage your hands-on expertise in the .NET stack - including C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and cloud-native development on Azure - to lead engineering teams in building enterprise-grade solutions. Your strong architectural acumen, design thinking, and risk mitigation strategies will be critical as you ensure seamless project execution. You will also foster strong cross-functional relationships and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In this role, you will:

Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure ongoing reliability and performance
Participate in issue triaging, resolution, and release deployment
Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to maximize automation opportunities
Partner with security and infrastructure teams to remediate vulnerabilities and address end-of-life software/hardware
Drive Agile story refinement, estimation, and delivery to ensure project success
Define and estimate project/program scope for accurate planning
Provide technical leadership throughout the design process, guiding and mentoring junior engineers to foster growth and leading consulting teams to deliver high quality solutions
8+ years of professional experience in software engineering/architecture, data analysis and management within the insurance and/or finance industry
Strong PL/SQL skills with any relational database, preferably SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2; working knowledge of any NoSQL database is a plus
Hands-on experience with the Java tech stack, including Java, Camel, Spring Boot, and Quarkus
Good knowledge of .NET Framework and development
Strong development experience in REST APIs
Strong working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Dynamics CRM SDK, Entity Framework, SSIS, and SSRS development
Strong knowledge of Power Automate, PowerApps, and model-driven apps
Techno-functional experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM Sales and Field Services, including end-to-end customization and process flow understanding across Sales, Marketing, Case Management, and Field Service
Hands-on experience in development, support, and implementation projects, including end-to-end MSD CRM implementation/deployment, entity customization, business units, security, plugins, workflows, custom workflows, JavaScript web resources, and services
Experience with data migration, integration mappings, requirements gathering, business process analysis, and client documentation such as PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows

The pay range for the role is $150,000 to $160,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.
