Job Summary Acclimate ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and developmental challenges. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, collect behavioral data, and document client progress. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who is committed to quality care, collaboration, and helping clients achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record data on client behaviors, skill acquisition, and treatment progress.
• Complete timely and accurate session notes and required documentation.
• Communicate client progress, observations, and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and caregivers to support consistent treatment implementation.
• Follow clinical protocols, ethical guidelines, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings as required.
• Apply supervisor feedback to maintain treatment quality and support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to client care.
• Dependability, punctuality, and commitment to client safety and well-being.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned client locations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team and follow supervisory direction.
