At Acclimate ABA, we are dedicated to providing personalized, adaptive, integrative, and results-driven interventions for individuals with autism and developmental challenges. We believe in creating meaningful connections that empower our clients to achieve growth and success. Our focus is on building a positive company culture, fostering teamwork, and valuing input from every member of our team.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is eager to expand their skills and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team committed to clinical excellence and collaborative care.

Why Join Us?

• Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a work-life balance with full-time and part-time options that suit your needs.

• Positive Culture: Be part of a supportive and fun environment where teamwork and celebrations - like quarterly outings and holiday events - are part of the norm.

• Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside involved BCBAs and a leadership team that values teamwork and encourages growth.

• Professional Development: Access hands-on training and opportunities to grow your expertise in ABA therapy.

• Recognition and Appreciation: Receive regular recognition for your dedication and hard work through our team acknowledgment programs.

• Referral Rewards: Help build our team by referring colleagues and earning bonuses.

• Comprehensive Health Coverage: Health, dental, and vision benefits to keep you and your family covered.

• Time Off to Recharge: PTO, sick leave, and even a special day off to celebrate your birthday - because your day deserves to be special!

Your Role:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.

• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.

• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.

• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.

What You Bring:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Commitment to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

At Acclimate ABA, we believe in creating an environment where every team member feels valued and supported while making a meaningful impact. Join us and take the next step in your career as an integral part of a dedicated, passionate team.
