Access Management is looking for an enthusiastic Community Management Training Coordinator to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to play an important role in employee development and organizational success.

No two days will look exactly alike! From organizing company-wide training programs to exploring new technology and improving internal processes, you'll have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow.

What You'll Be Doing

**Employee Training & Development**

  • Help coordinate onboarding and training programs that set new employees up for success.
  • Schedule training sessions, workshops, webinars, and professional development events.
  • Assist with company-wide meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Track training participation, completion, and employee development progress.
  • Support employee check-ins and help identify opportunities for continued learning and growth.

**Creative Projects & Team Collaboration**

  • Help bring new ideas and initiatives to life through planning, organization, and execution.
  • Collaborate with departments across the company on special projects.
  • Design visually appealing presentations, communications, and training resources using tools such as Canva.
  • Assist with developing and updating company procedures, guides, and instructional materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and make everyday tasks more efficient.

**Technology & Innovation**

  • Explore and utilize technology, including AI tools, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Assist with implementing new systems, tools, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Help maintain organized and accessible resources in Microsoft 365 and other platforms.
  • Support employees with questions related to company systems, processes, and resources.

**Organization & Operational Support**

  • Maintain accurate training records, spreadsheets, reports, and departmental resources.
  • Help monitor project timelines, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with internal reviews, quality assurance, and company standards.
  • Compile information, analyze data, and prepare reports to support departmental goals.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to keep initiatives moving forward.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys learning, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to their work.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in the community association management industry.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, training, project coordination, or related role.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • An active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license.
  • Experience using Vantaca.
  • Experience creating training presentations, instructional guides, or professional development materials.
  • Familiarity with Canva, AI tools, or other creative and productivity platforms.
  • Experience coordinating employee training, onboarding, or company events.
