Original job description

Archived listing. The details below describe a past opening.

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.

THE WORK:

  • You’ll lead end-to-end development of RFx responses, including qualifications, proposals, presentations, interview materials, resumes, project descriptions, brochures, and other pursuit deliverables while ensuring brand alignment, quality standards, and compliance with pursuit processes.
  • You’ll manage multiple concurrent pursuits, prioritize competing deadlines, and make sound decisions to deliver high-quality submissions on time.
  • You’ll review solicitation documents to identify compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, risks, required forms, and key deadlines.
  • You’ll develop and manage pursuit schedules, responsibility matrices, review milestones, content plans, and production timelines in partnership with technical leaders and supervisors to ensure deliverables are completed, reviewed, and submitted on schedule.
  • You’ll facilitate kickoff meetings, align teams on pursuit strategy, win themes, differentiators, roles, schedules, and decision points, and support competitive analysis and winning-strategy development.
  • You’ll coordinate with business development leaders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to gather, refine, write, edit, and organize proposal content that is client-focused, persuasive, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
  • You’ll conduct stage-gate reviews and approval checkpoints, oversee final production and submission activities, and ensure pursuit deliverables meet compliance requirements and effectively communicate the firm’s qualifications and win strategy.
  • You’ll track pursuit outcomes, shortlist results, debrief findings, win/loss trends, and lessons learned while maintaining proposal tools, templates, checklists, and best-practice resources to drive continuous improvement across the pursuit team.

Every role here has some in-person time - for collaboration, for learning, and because capital projects happen in physical places. We'll be as flexible as we can around how you make that work.

$65,000 - $115,000 a year
