Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 application support for Java and Angular-based applications, depending on the support model.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to Java services, Angular UI, REST APIs, and database connectivity.
• Analyze application logs, stack traces, error messages, and server logs to identify root causes.
• Debug Java code, Spring Boot services, and Angular components when required.
• Write and execute SQL queries to investigate data-related issues and validate application behavior.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability using monitoring and logging tools. Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support application deployments, releases, patches, and production validation.
• Collaborate with developers, database administrators, infrastructure teams, and business users.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports and technical documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend automation or permanent fixes.
• Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities when required.

Work schedule for this role is Tuesday – Saturday 10 AM CT to & 7 PM CT (including a 1 hour lunch). This is a production support role which may require working any shift and/or overtime based on project requirements.

This role will be based in Memphis, TN and requires 3 days per week (60%) onsite with the client.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a development or support role.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
