CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver – Avenel, NJ
Earn competitive weekly pay hauling intermodal containers on a local account based in the Avenel, New Jersey area. This position offers daily home time, no-touch freight, and day or night shift opportunities for experienced Class A CDL drivers.
Pay Details
- Listed Weekly Pay Range: $1,300–$1,500
- Mileage pay
- $55 per revenue load
- Additional listed pay: $27.50
Job Details
- Local intermodal container operations
- Freight is no-touch
- Mix of drop-and-hook, live loading, live unloading, and preloaded containers
- Chassis are rented from the rail provider and are not company-owned
Shift Details
- Home daily
- Choose from day or night shifts
- 2 positions: Tuesday–Saturday
- 2 positions: Sunday–Thursday
- Work holidays as required
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Experienced, first-seat drivers only
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Ability to work the assigned schedule, including holidays
