CDL-A Yard Hostler | Kohl's Blue Springs, MO Pay Details & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $28
• Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $1,000–$1,200, depending on hours worked
• At 40 hours per week, gross pay is approximately $1,120
• Hours depend on customer needs and may change during peak and non-peak seasons
• Hours over 40 per week are paid at straight time, not time-and-a-half
• Home nightly
• Two shift openings:

• 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Weekend work is rare but may be required when the customer has freight

Job Details

• Dedicated yard and local driving operation
• Combination of yard hostler duties and local work
• Spot trailers and move equipment around the facility
• Automatic spotter unit provided
• No unloading required
• Hours and staffing levels may vary by season
• Cold-weather work required

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced, first-seat drivers
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
