CDL-A Regional Driver | WALMART - Shafter, CA Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,350
- Average Annual Pay: $68,265
- Top Weekly Pay: $1,650
- Top Annualized Pay: $85,232
- $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus
- Experience-based mileage-band pay and stop pay
- Approximately 1,700 miles per week
- Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
- Typically 34–48 hours off per week, with possible midweek home time
- Shift start times between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Job Details
- Dedicated regional operation
- Freight originates from the distribution center at 2701 Driver Road, Shafter, CA 93263
- Deliveries throughout California and Nevada
- Typically 1–5 stops per load, with possible backhauls to the distribution center
- No-touch freight
- Mix of 53-foot dry van and refrigerated trailers
- Automatic sleeper tractors
- Trucks must be parked at the distribution center when not in use
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 4 months of tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the distribution center
