About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day securities processing, investment accounting, and cash management activities. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely trade processing, resolve transaction discrepancies, manage fund cash flows, and support portfolio allocation activities while maintaining strong operational controls and collaborating with internal teams and external clients.

What You'll Do:
Monitor automated trade processing and ensure trades requiring manual intervention are accurately recorded in the accounting system. Reconcile trades between order management and trade processing systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies, including trade price deviations. Manage daily cash flow activities, oversee trade confirmations, and coordinate cash requirements for fund expenses such as management fees. Support portfolio reallocation activities, prepare cash flow projections, and ensure accurate reporting through timely system updates and manual adjustments.
