Keep Our Hotel Running at Its Best Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing, maintaining, and improving facilities? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician / Engineer and play an essential role in ensuring our hotel operates safely, efficiently, and seamlessly for both guests and team members. What You'll Do

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members.
• Repair and maintain guestrooms, public areas, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance concerns.
• Ensure hotel systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
• Assist with painting, carpentry, and general property upkeep.
• Support a positive guest experience by resolving maintenance issues quickly and professionally.

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance, engineering, facilities, or hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call shifts.
