HVAC Service Technician

Our Service Team is responsible for the following: - Maintain clean appearance at every service call - Maintain clean work space at every call, weather it is a commercial or residential repair - Proper Diagnosis of HVAC system issues - Provide repair estimates and replacement estimates to both residential and commercial customers - Collect payment on services provided - Participate in On Call Calendar rotation with other Service Technicians - Overtime and in-state travel will occasionally be required for repair visits - Assess duct work and its contribution to any HVAC issues - Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, ac's, heat pumps, mini spits, VRF systems, Poolpak units, and commercial HVAC equipment - Keep clear and concise records and photo graphs of each visit attended on Service Titan software - Update equipment information in company database - Process warranty paperwork - We expect all service technicians to have both EPA Universal certification and RMGA certification, as well as actively working towards or already certified with N.A.T.E. certificates - Must have a valid drivers license
