- Support software and platform deployments within restricted, disconnected, and air-gapped environments.
- Follow approved procedures for introducing software, dependencies, updates, and deployment artifacts into classified environments.
- Validate platform configurations, infrastructure dependencies, integrations, data connections, security settings, and operational readiness following installations and upgrades.
- Coordinate deployment and troubleshooting activities with ABSC, Syntasa engineers, Government developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity personnel, and mission stakeholders.
- Provide customer-facing technical support for platform incidents, service requests, access issues, deployment problems, and application questions.
- Support investigation and resolution of complex technical tickets under the guidance of senior engineers and product specialists.

- Track assigned incidents and service requests through resolution, customer validation, documentation, and closure.
- Maintain accurate and timely ticket updates, including technical findings, actions taken, operational impact, current status, workarounds, and final resolution.
- Communicate technical issues, ticket status, planned maintenance, and resolution activities clearly to Government customers and program leadership.
- Troubleshoot issues involving Linux, containers, Kubernetes, databases, APIs, authentication, certificates, storage, networking, and application configuration.
- Escalate suspected product defects to senior engineers or Syntasa product-development teams and assist with testing and validating corrective releases.
