Schedule: Monday - Friday 12pm to 8:30pm, flexible to work OT
Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
- Patch / Paint Walls
- Install Corner Guards & Kick Plates
- Ceiling Tile Replacement
- Carpentry Repairs - As Needed.
- Replace/Repair Carpet
- Hang/Install Pictures/Electronics and Install Anchors
- Door Repairs - Repair / Replace Door Handles, Adjust Door Closure
- Exterior Pressure Wash
- Dusting, cleaning
- Plumbing Repairs - Unclog Toilets / Sinks, Replace Flush Sensors, Replace Faucets
- Manage Corrigo Ticket - Ensure tickets are closed meeting SLA
- Support Engineering as Needed - Replace HVAC Filters, Lighting, Restock Supplied, Manage Equipment Inventory and Organization Perform Site Inspections (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
- Engage with building occupants on repairs and ticket updates
- Ensure Buildings Meet Client SLA
- Vendor Escort Support Event Set-up/Furniture Move Request as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum education, high school diploma
- 1-3 years of Maintenance experience; carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, landscaping
- Experience with small hand tools
- Clean DMV Driving Record + pre-employment drug screening
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and hand tools.
- Familiarity with work order systems (Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
