Operations Performance Manager
Remote | 30-40 hours/week $28/hr
ABCO is seeking a strong operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Own employee reviews.
- Build and manage schedules.
- Review reports and identify performance gaps.
- Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
- Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
- Ensure work is progressing on time.
- Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
- Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
- Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
- Organized, decisive and accountable.
- Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
- Willing to address performance issues directly.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.
Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.
