What You'll Do
- Complete residential and commercial carpentry projects
- Interact directly with customers and provide exceptional service
- Manage projects independently while collaborating with dispatch and project management teams
- Troubleshoot job-site challenges and deliver high-quality solutions
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of carpentry or skilled trade experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Basic estimating experience is a plus
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology for job updates
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have a place to park vehicle
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
