This position reports to:Service Operations Manager __ Your role and responsibilities The Backend Order Execution Specialist- Medium Voltage drives Service is responsible for managing the execution of customer and intercompany service orders for Medium Voltage Drives products and services. The role serves as the primary coordinator between customers, supply chain, production, engineering, warehouse operations, and project teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery. The work model for the role is: hybridin New Berlin, WI. This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division. You will be mainly accountable for: Manage End-to-End Order Execution Process and maintain sales orders while ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer requirements. Serve as Primary Customer and Sales Unit Contact Coordinate with customers and ABB Front-End Units regarding order status, delivery commitments, lead times, and issue resolution. Coordinate Cross-Functional Operations Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of orders. Manage Customer Cases and Escalations Own Salesforce case management, resolve customer inquiries, and drive timely resolution of delivery, material, and execution issues. Support Operational Excellence Maintain data accuracy and support process improvements, including opportunities to assume ownership of SAP master data, BOL master data, and other backend operational processes.
