This role involves warehouse tasks, equipment handling, and customer interaction to ensure timely and accurate election preparation and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of election equipment and supplies
• Load, unload, move, and store election materials within the warehouse
• Perform basic inventory and organization duties
• Provide courteous customer service to internal staff and external contacts
• Answer phones and respond professionally to inquiries as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and department guidelines
• Support additional election-related warehouse tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds repeatedly
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
