We're looking for hardworking people who want to learn a trade and build a career. If you're not afraid of hard work, don't mind getting dirty, and want to grow with a company, we want to hear from you.

No roofing experience is required. We will train you on the job. Construction or labor experience is required. This is a real career opportunity, and many of our helpers move up into mechanic and foreman roles.

We're a large, family-owned roofing company that's growing fast, and we're adding good people to our team.

What you'll do:

• Carry and move materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
• Help tear off old roofing and clean up debris
• Assist roofing mechanics with installation
• Keep job sites clean and safe
• Learn the trade from experienced crews

What we're looking for:

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Able to handle long days, heavy lifting, and outdoor work in all seasons
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work as part of a team

Pay: $25-30 per hour, depending on experience
