Original job description

Shuttle Driver (Full-Time, Part-Time & Night Shift) DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans Airport • Kenner, LA 70062

Are you a People Person who loves the open road and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences at any hour of the day?

The DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans Airport is seeking reliable, friendly, and safety‑focused Shuttle Drivers, including night shift drivers, to join our transportation team. Whether you prefer early mornings, daytime routes, or the quiet consistency of overnight driving, we have a place for you.

As a Shuttle Driver, you are more than a driver - you are a brand ambassador who delivers the first and last impression of our hospitality.

What’s In It for You

Travel Discounts - Incredible Hilton hotel discounts worldwide.
Earn Tips - Opportunities for gratuities based on exceptional service.
Consistent Schedule - Morning, daytime, evening, and nighttime shifts available.
Full Benefits (Full-Time) - Health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

What You’ll Be Doing

The Journey - Safely transporting guests to and from the New Orleans Armstrong International Airport (MSY), including late‑evening and overnight runs.
The Welcome - Assisting guests with luggage and offering a warm greeting (and a reminder about our famous cookies).
The Guide - Sharing information about hotel amenities, local dining, and directions.
The Upkeep - Completing daily vehicle inspections, keeping the shuttle clean, and reporting maintenance needs promptly.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Active Driving - Ability to sit and drive for up to an 8‑hour shift, including nighttime hours.
Physical Strength - Lift, carry, and load/unload luggage up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Safety First - Maintain focus and alertness while navigating airport traffic, road construction, and varying weather conditions - day or night.
Communication - Frequent use of a two‑way radio to coordinate with the Front Desk.

What We’re Looking For

The Record - Clean driving record; must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
Experience - Prior shuttle, limo, or ride‑share driving experience is a plus.
Reliability - Our shuttle operates on a strict schedule, including overnight hours.
The Personality - A genuine smile and a calm, can‑do attitude - even during late‑night airport traffic.

Join the A&R Group Family At the DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans Airport, we pride ourselves on a culture of integrity, safety, and genuine care. Our drivers - day and night - are the “face” of the hotel on the road, and we provide the support you need to succeed.

Apply today to get behind the wheel and start your journey with a leader in hospitality.
