Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Boutique Sales Associate to join our team at A Perfect Bloom Memphis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, maintaining the appearance of the store, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with finding and trying on clothing and accessories
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain the appearance of the store by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean and tidy
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products
• Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, with an average of 20-25 hours per week. The schedule may vary based on the needs of the business. The work environment is a retail setting, with periods of standing and walking. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
