Primary Function May be responsible for preparing and executing daily shipping activities, including picking, packing, labeling, staging, and coordinating outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of six (6) months of related work experience or training SAP knowledge preferred but not required Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, or holidays Customer service oriented Strong time management and multitasking skills Dependable and detail oriented Ability to manage priorities and multiple responsibilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Limited exposure to dust and loud noises Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with production work Ability to safely lift and move materials asrequiredfor the position Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds withassistance Education High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and frequent bending and reaching.
