We are looking for a results-driven HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on consultative sales, system design, and managing HVAC projects from initial consultation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer consultations and assess HVAC needs
- Present and sell system solutions (good/better/best options)
- Prepare clear and accurate proposals
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams
- Ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
