Responsibilities:

• Valid F02/Fire Guard certificate issued by the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) is mandatory on hire.
• Strong understanding of fire safety principles and regulations.
• Ability to direct and control a crowd in an indoor setting.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols and procedures accurately.
• Physical ability to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
• NYS Security Guard License.
• Fire Guard for Shelters F02.
• CPR/AED/First aid.
• Women only Facility.
