Leasing Consultant

RMK Management is hiring a customer-focused Leasing Consultant for a 236-unit luxury apartment community in Saint Francis, WI. As Leasing Consultant, you will build relationships with prospects and residents, guide prospects through the leasing process, follow up on leads, support lease conversions, and help deliver a smooth move-in experience. This hourly, non-exempt position is eligible for commissions. Preferred hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekend shifts required.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet prospective residents, assess their needs, and lead engaging tours of apartments and community amenities.
• Process applications and prepare, review, and complete lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond promptly to in-person, phone, and email inquiries - providing leasing info, scheduling appointments, and following up on maintenance requests.
• Support resident relations and assist with other property management tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of residential leasing experience
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Wisconsin Salesperson License preferred
• Experience with Yardi or other CRM platforms preferred
