**September:**

• 1st-2nd – 0800-1700
• 3rd – 0800-1700
• 16th-18th – 0800-1700
• 21st – 0800-1700

**Shift Details:**

• **Onsite Coverage:** Monday-Friday from 0800-1700.
• **Night Call Coverage:** Monday-Friday from 1700-0800.
• **Weekend Coverage:** 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday.

**Position Overview:**

• **Job Type:** Locum
• **Specialty:** Interventional Radiology
• **Coverage Dates:** Immediate start, with intermittent weekday availability.
• **Call Coverage:** Yes, primarily via beeper/phone.
• **Estimated Call Back Hours:** 0-2 hours on average.

**Practice Settings:**

• Outpatient/Hospital-Based: 70%
• Inpatient/Hospital-Based: 30%

**Patient Load:**

• Average of 12 patients per day.

**Required Skills and Procedures:**

• Proficient in Angioplasty, Embolization, Port Catheter Placement, Biopsy, Drainage, Ablation, and Kyphoplasty.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR/documentation system.

**Credentialing Information:**
