MRI Technologist

Location -Robbinsdale, MN

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Perform imaging procedures in a safe and efficient way for all types of patients, including babies, children, adults, and older adults.
• Conduct imaging exams accurately and use critical thinking when needed.
• Identify emergency situations and respond appropriately.
• Keep accurate medical records for patients and ensure their privacy.
• Use imaging and hospital computer systems properly.
• Interact with doctors, team members, patients, and their families in a professional manner.
• Have access to medications that are suitable for your job duties.
• Take on other tasks as needed to help the organization reach its goals.
• Show that you have the necessary skills and keep them up to date, including learning new skills when needed.

**Basic Requirements:**

**Education:**

• High school graduate or equivalent - Required
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program - Required

**Experience:**

• At least 1 year of experience in a specific area (like CT, MR, Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology) - Preferred

**Licensure/Certification:**

• Must be an ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist - Required
• Must have current BLS Certification - Required
• ACLS certification is only required for the Cath Lab.

**Certification Requirements:**

• BLS
