Position Summary The Baller is a high-performing leader and culture carrier responsible for supporting the successful opening of new 7 Brew stands. Ballers travel to new markets to train Brewistas, develop future leaders, uphold operational standards, and help create an unforgettable opening experience for both crews and customers. This role is ideal for team members who consistently demonstrate strong performance, positive energy, servant leadership, and a passion for developing others. Ballers play a critical role in ensuring every new stand opens with the culture, standards, and hospitality that define 7 Brew.

What You’ll Do · Support new store openings from training through Grand Opening. · Train and coach new Brewistas on 7 Brew systems, recipes, standards, and culture. · Lead by example through exceptional guest interactions and operational execution. · Reinforce speed of service, drink quality, and hospitality standards. · Assist with stand setup, training events, Friends & Family, Community Hours, Swag Day, and Grand Opening activities. · Partner with NSOs, Stand Managers, and Regional Managers to ensure successful openings. · Provide real-time coaching and feedback to new team members. · Help identify and develop future leaders within the organization. · Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. · Travel to opening locations as assigned. · Work a Minimum of 50 hours a week

Preferred Qualifications · Minimum 6 months of successful experience with 7 Brew. · Consistent performance in speed of service, drink quality, and guest experience. · Demonstrated leadership and influence among peers. · Trainer, Shift Lead, or leadership experience preferred. · Good standing with attendance and performance expectations.

Physical Requirements · Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. · Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. · Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. · Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift.
