We’re looking for a motivated Program Manager Intern to help design, coordinate, and deliver our venture-building and acceleration programs. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ideas, working with founders, and driving impact across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of founder and venture programs.
- Coordinate between founders, mentors, and the 512 Ventures core team.
- Track progress, milestones, and KPIs across multiple startups.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and content for stakeholders.
- Help streamline processes and ensure programs run smoothly end to end.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in startups, innovation, or venture building.
- Ability to collaborate across virtual and hybrid teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or Google Workspace is a plus.
