The IT Team designs develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions that are brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will participate as a technical expert in design, development, coding, testing, and/or debugging of major new software and/or significant enhancements to existing software, which may include applications over multiple platforms. You will also continue to enhance the platform to accommodate the changes. You will also find yourself Guiding and advising junior staff. You will also Manage complex projects independently and assists in estimating and planning for future development work. You will also Perform complex system integration tasks. On rare occasions, you may find yourself working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE AND NOT A CONTRACTOR A CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLE.
- 4+ years' experience with J2SE, J2EE, Netty Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, PL/SQL.
- Infrastructure: experience with Code Repositories (Git), Collaboration and Tracking tools (Confluence/JIRA)
- Experience in the Agile Scrum Methodology
- Experience with HTTP, SSL, REST, JSON, XML, and direct socket communications.
- Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, ANSI/SQL along with Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in recommending infrastructural design and sizing for SOA based solutions
- Provide recommendations in regards to enhancements to the system to meet full business requirements.
- Acts as subject matter expert (SME) inappropriate technologies and business domain.
- Evaluates feature/upgrade/change requests and recommends action.
- Create and maintain code documentation
