Job Description

Scrum Master Location: - Dallas, TX 75235 Duration: - 6+ Months (CTH) · Lead SCRUM teams of business analysts, developers, deployers and testers to plan deliverables for each development sprint

· Should have proven track records of being solution and delivery focused, and who can lead strategic, cross-functional, business facing and technical initiatives · Lead sprint planning, end of sprint checkpoint reviews, sprint retrospectives, daily scrums, and defect review meetings · Update Product Backlog Items to include new or revised requirements and backlog items. Support Deliverables to include Release Burn Down Charts, Sprint Burn Down Charts and Defect Log Education: BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

Required:

· Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Agilist · Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 8 years · Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master on a large distributed team – 5 years · Strong SQL Knowledge and DWBI concepts · Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency · Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.) · Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games · Experience in one or more Agile tools: JIRA, Rally, TFS · Experience/Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Crystal, FDD Additional Information I would love to talk to you if you think this position suits your interest.
