Need OnBase Systems Administrator

Job Description

Requirements:

• Experience supporting scanning and imaging systems (5+ years);
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems technical support (5+ years);
• Experience supporting Hyland OnBase and Kofax applications (preferred);
• Experience managing IIS, Active Directory, and COTS applications administration (preferred);
• Experience supporting Florida government agency’s Imaging processing systems (preferred);
• Experience of IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred);
• Experience with servers and systems utilization in a criminal justice environment (preferred);
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Support Hyland OnBase and Kofax applications;
• Install and test all upgrades and security patches for OnBase and Kofax;
• Manage IIS, Active Directory, and of COTS applications administration;
• Support Agency’s Imaging processing systems;
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting;
• Coordinate with Networking on correct client configurations for all users, including those of other agencies.
