We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Servicer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a member-focused Mortgage Servicer to manage the day-to-day of mortgage loan servicing, including payment posting, escrow account processing and analysis and answering member concerns with their home loan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post payments, import new loans, account maintenance.
• Maintain escrow accounts.
• Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
• Balance and reconcile accounts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Mortgage experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (No more than 1 per month)
• Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
