- Maintains all duties of a regular employee and shift supervisor plus
- Ensures the store is stocked and grand opening ready 7 days per week.
- Ensures all policy is being adhered to.
- Works with the manager ensuring a fun, productive work environment is being provided.
- Models customer first attitude.
- Disseminates information provided by the general manager or 1000 Degrees Corporate to supervisors and regular employees as directed.
- Assists the general manager
- Recognizes and develops regular employee's desire to grow within the company.
