Job Description - Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. - Assist in onboarding and offboarding users, including workstation setup and account provisioning. - Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, escalating when appropriate. - Support IT inventory tracking and equipment maintenance. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure accurate documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting steps. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure system uptime and smooth operations. - Participate in IT projects, training, and other duties as assigned. Schedule - 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday - Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required - Includes a 1-hour lunch break Experience - 02 years of relevant experience preferred but not required - CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications a plus (but not required) ::: :::
